Clean and Even Cutting
The blade angle and cutting surface has been optimised to produce highly effective slicing and beautifully presented maki. Suitable for hosomaki, futomaki, uramaki (inside out/California Roll) and Oshizushi (pressed sushi). Newly improved cutting blades give precise slicing through sushi rolls. Cutting units can be configured into 6 / 8 / 10 pieces. Additional cutting units can be changed over quickly and simply.
Safe to Use
The double button operation and automatic cover ensures both operators' hands are safely away from the cutting mechanism. Emergency stop function is achieved simply by pressing either of the stop switches during operation
