With its 56x63 cm rack and ergonomic splitting door with an opening height of 85 cm can wash from large size baking trays, and containers of 100 litres, to the most varied kind of pastry moulds. Opened Booster with break tank and rinse pump guarantee constant pressure, temperature and flowrate during the rinse phase. The machine is built in with partial drain system.
The model EW3103 NRG is equipped with heat recovery.
