A silicone heating pad external to the tank provides uniform heating in the tank, as well as superior hygiene and ease of cleaning.
This unit is made to last, manufactured with 304 grade stainless steel and rounded corners for ease of cleaning. This Giorik bain marie top is made to accommodate GN pans (1/1GN for 400mm wide model, and 2/1GN for 800mm wide model).
