Designed for maximum versatility, the Roband BM2B/BM2A bain marie conveniently holds food at the perfect serving temperature in a range of configurations to suit all types of businesses. Able to accommodate two 150mm deep half-sized gastronorm pans or up to four 7.5 litre pots, the BM2B/BM2A is ideal for mobile catering, events or commercial kitchen use. Made from durable stainless steel, the Roband bain marie is robust as well as easy to use, whether in wet heat or dry heat mode. Supplied with 3x 1/2 size GN pans (100mm) as standard.
