Designed for maximum versatility, the Roband BM21T narrow Bain-Marie conveniently holds food at the perfect serving temperature in a range of configurations suitable for most types of businesses. With front mounted controls, the BM21T is able to accommodate two 150mm deep half-sized gastronorm pans or up to four 7.5 litre pots whilst making the most efficient use of limited space - ideal for mobile catering, events or commercial kitchen use. Made from durable stainless steel, the Roband Bain-Marie is robust as well and easy to use. This wet heat model also includes the added functionality of a precise dial thermostat for maximum temperature control. Please note: pans sold separately.
