With a nominal capacity of up to 120 racks per hour (2,160 plates/h or 4,320 glasses/h), this twin-width machine delivers exceptional throughput while its VAPOSTOP system prevents steam escaping when the hood is opened, and the integrated drain heat recovery system recycles energy from waste wash water to significantly reduce energy consumption.
