The Hobart PROFI AMXXL is a commercial hood-type dishwasher designed for straight-through or corner operation in high-volume kitchens. Featuring an extra-large chamber with 660 x 500 mm usable space and 540 mm loading height, this machine handles up to 70 racks per hour or 1,680 plates per hour with optional P-XL rack. The AMXXL combines powerful PROFI-series features including GENIUS-X² filtration, ROTOR-X wash system, VISIOTRONIC-TOUCH control and WASHSMART app connectivity with Watermark-approved certification for Australian compliance.
