The Hobart AMXXL-V is a PROFI wide hood-type dishwasher designed for straight-through or corner operation in high-volume commercial kitchens. Featuring an extra-large XL wash chamber (660 x 500mm) with 540mm loading height, it delivers up to 70 racks per hour. Equipped with Vapostop steam condensation technology, VISIOTRONIC-TOUCH colour touchscreen controls and WASHSMART app connectivity, this machine combines outstanding wash performance with intelligent energy and resource management. Comes complete with plate rack, tray rack and cutlery rack.
