Hobart ECOMAX604 Single Phase Hood-Type Dishwasher

The Hobart ECOMAX604 is a compact, single-phase hood-type dishwasher designed for small to medium commercial kitchens, cafes, and catering operations. Running on a standard 240V/15A power supply, it requires no special electrical installation — simply plug in, connect the water supply, and start washing. With a nominal capacity of up to 48 racks per hour, the ECOMAX604 handles up to 810 plates or 2,160 glasses per hour across three automatic wash cycles (75, 150, and 180 seconds).

Constructed from durable stainless steel 1.4301 throughout the tank, frame, rinse arms, and panels, the ECOMAX604 delivers reliable performance with low running costs. Water consumption is just 2.3 litres per cycle, and the integrated thermostop ensures rinse water reaches the required minimum 82°C for hygienic results. The unit comes ready to install with fill/drain hoses, power cord, detergent and rinse aid dispensers, drain pump, and back-flow preventer — plus a plate rack (P-18-12), universal rack (B-00-07), and plastic cutlery box included.
