The Hobart HLC-70 is a professional-grade alkaline oven cleaner from the HYLINE range, developed and manufactured specifically for use with Hobart COMBI PLUS, COMBI and ECOMAX combi oven automatic cleaning systems. This high-performance detergent effectively removes grease, protein and carbon deposits from cooking chambers, keeping them sanitised and operating at peak efficiency without the need for manual scrubbing.
Designed exclusively for automatic dosing systems, the HLC-70 features a balanced alkaline composition that ensures rapid breakdown of baked-on food residues while protecting stainless steel surfaces and oven door glass. The 12-litre container provides extended use for busy commercial kitchens. Please note: this product is not suitable for manual application.
