The Hobart TLW is a revolutionary two-level hood-type washer from the PROFI range, featuring dual wash chambers that deliver twice the capacity of a conventional hood-type dishwasher — all within the same compact footprint. Designed for straight-through and additional front-door operation, the TLW enables simultaneous washing of different items such as porcelain dishes, cutlery, and cooking utensils in two separate chambers, maximising throughput and flexibility.
The fully enclosed 4-sided hood acts as an exhaust energy storage system, keeping steam and energy inside for savings of up to 3 kW while reducing humidity in the kitchen. With 7 automatic wash cycles including a dedicated utensil programme with extended wash times that eliminate the need for pre-soaking, the TLW streamlines kitchen workflow. Integrated Wi-Fi connectivity with SMARTCONNECT app support enables real-time monitoring of status, costs, and hygiene compliance.
