With extra-wide usable inside dimensions of 1110 x 773 x 825 mm and a capacity of up to 30 cycles per hour, the UPT delivers powerful cleaning performance for large pots, pans, trays and utensils. Equipped with VAPO-ACTIVE steam washing, integrated exhaust heat recovery saving up to 7.8 kW, and optional drain heat recovery saving up to 12.9 kW, this machine combines exceptional cleaning results with outstanding energy efficiency.
