The Hobart PROFI UX is a commercial front-door utensil washer designed for demanding cleaning tasks in professional kitchens. With usable inside dimensions of 663 x 808 x 840 mm and an above-average loading height of 860 mm, the UX handles large pots, pans, trays and utensils with ease. Capable of up to 30 cycles per hour with a powerful 2.9 kW wash pump delivering 1,150 L/min, this machine features GENIUS-X² filtration, ROTOR-X wash system, POWER wash for heavily soiled items, and optional exhaust heat recovery saving up to 3.1 kW.
