Pre-loaded with temperature settings for general food safe, poultry, red meat, fresh seafood, live seafood, dairy and desserts, selecting or switching between modes can be done at the touch of an app.
Inside the freezer, six sturdy adjustable shelves can be rearranged to accommodate a variety of frozen food sizes. It is also compatible with full size 1/1GN gastronorm pans. Taking up just 1.23m of floor space, the unit can operate effectively even when room temperatures rise to 40C. Moving and positioning is simple too, thanks to removable castor wheels and height adjustable legs. Benchtop included
